The Rickette Foundation was established to honor family patriarch and matriarch Gus W. Rickette and Mary F. Rickette, founders of Uncle Remus Saucy Fried Chicken restaurant chain in Chicago, IL.
Their Legacy of Giving will be continued through your support and partnership of the foundation’s initiatives to help people and businesses. Our geographic focus is on the city’s West Side communities, specifically, and Chicagoland in general.
The Foundation’s areas of focus are: hunger, seniors, employment and entrepreneurship.
